Checklists are usually found in childcare centers helping with cleaning.
A checklist assists you in managing the center more consistently and is a great tool to help you train new teachers. But, when used in other ways, checklists can be just as effective.
When we take procedures and break them down into a checklist, hang them in the classroom, and train the teachers. You not only have verbally told them the process, they now see the process. It becomes easier for them to do and creates a consistent process at your center.
