Meet Noelle, CEO, Early Education Expert, and Mastermind Leader

Noelle Headshot 1

Hello everyone! I’m Noelle D’Intino, the CEO of ScribbleTime, The Director’s Club, and The Teacher’s Lounge. I’m thrilled to share a bit about my journey and the passions that drive me both professionally and personally.

From Speech Pathology to the Corporate Ladder

My academic journey began at Worcester State University, where I majored in Speech and Language Pathology. However, life has a way of taking unexpected turns, and I found my calling in the corporate banking world instead. There, I spent 13 enriching years honing my skills in operations, human resources, finance, and strategic planning, eventually rising to the position of Director of Administration for the Corporate & Investment Bank.

A New Chapter: ScribbleTime

2004 marked a significant turning point. After a corporate merger led to my layoff, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey with my sister, Sarah. Leveraging Sarah’s expertise in Early Education and my corporate experience, we founded ScribbleTime A Center For Early Learning. Our center, a leader in the community, now nurtures 114 students with the support of an incredible 30-member teaching team.

Empowering Childcare Leaders: The Director’s Club

In 2008, my dual passions for business and childcare converged into a new venture: The Director’s Club. This platform offers Done-For-You or Make-It-Your Own Systems to childcare center directors nationwide. We provide mastermind sessions, mentorship, and on-demand training, helping leaders in early education to streamline their operations and enhance their offerings.

2023: A Dream Realized with The Teacher’s Lounge

Fast forward to 2023, and I’ve achieved another dream – supporting teachers directly through The Teacher’s Lounge. This initiative provides workshops and mentorship, focusing on developing “Classroom Confidence” among educators. It’s all about empowering teachers to create engaging, dynamic learning environments.

Life Beyond Work

When I’m not immersed in my professional pursuits, I cherish time with my family. My husband Michael, our daughter Gabby, and our two adorable cats, Nala and Barry, fill my life with joy and laughter.

A Journey of Growth and Empowerment

My journey has been one of continuous learning and empowerment, both for myself and those I work with. From the corporate world to the realm of early education, each step has been about making a positive impact.
